went to orchard with dania this morning/afternoon.

anyway, we had fun looking for new clothes,

feeling excited for the freshies ^^

after that i went back to Orchard to find the NPSU ppl and the FOC freshies.
i was kinda tired, but it was kinda fun talking to some of them on the train ride back.

its been over 3-4 months since my last post..
but life is so busy now and i 've been reaching home everyday around 11pm , with still lots of projects to do.

However the past few months have been very fulfilling with FOCamp, FOC outings, BAOC, Danzation, meetup with friends and getting to know new people.
it wouldnt be possible to post everything up cause it'd take hours, or even days :P

today is NRA audition till sat :D
kinda felt nervous for the freshies, cause it was where i had also started my journey as a dancer (:
all the best to those who deserve to get in !

Have you ever felt left out in a discussion, that even if you were not in it, it doesn't matter?

Have you ever felt its just unfair, knowing what the outcome would be with the odds against you .... but just you're just watching it pass?

Have you ever felt like telling how you feel out, but you do not want to hurt the other party?

Life's just so unfair sometimes.
Just when you see a straight road ahead of you, you meet obstacles that would bring you down.
Sometimes you're just at a loss on which path to take to get back on track; how to please everyone..

today we had BLAW article presentation.
it was pretty okay..
didnt rehearse the script beforehand though.

after the presentation our class went for lunch at a restaurant near SIM uni.
we ordered Zhi bao ji ( paper wrapped chicken), fried cuttlefish, bee hoon, toufu and fried chicken.
the bill was $13 in total.
b.r.o.k.e.
hahaha, to think i still wanted to save money.

hahhas, and i can't wait for trial camp.
(i hope it isn't too tough :X )

everything in my life now is perfect.
having good grades, having a much more enjoyable lifestyle than in sec school though theres more stress, having a packed but deeming schedule, much more fun friends and of course, dance.
if i had a choice, i wouldn't change a thing.

but no matter how perfect,
there will be times when you'd appear in my thoughts.
is it because im ..?

i've been thinking hard.
sometimes i stay around hoping you'd be there.

sometimes.. i tell myself
'hey, just go for it'

but there's alot of things stopping me from it.
cause when it happens..
i believe i'd lose more than just friends.

RESULTS

Got back my results for CommonTest!~
pretty happy with the results, since i really didnt expect to score well with all the previous commitments before the tests.
(CSS prom committee, funkamania practices, prestige, plus never really listen in lecture and didnt do tutorial homework, lol -.-)

DSS quiz : 90 /100 (A+)
DSS PBL 1 : A+ (group marks excluding individual)
Business Law : 80/100 ( A)
Principles of financial Accounts : 81.5/100 (A)
Macroeconomics : 86/100 (A)
LMS e-learning 25% graded assignment : 100% (A+)

i have lots of borderline A's though.
commontest is only 20%-30% of the final grade.
& final year exam is like 50% D:

tmr i'll be gettting back the LMS 10% assignment and the LMS Anger Management project~
kinda nervous for it :X

but its going to be hard cause the commitments from now is even more than previously ( FreshmanCamp leader, BAcamp leader & Danzation committee)

later like last sem where i screwed my final papers. LOL.

NRA Flashmob today in the atrium for open house was damn fun!
the 2nd time we mobbed, everyone around us was kinda shocked.
cause the people around them started to dance to "GEE" :P

i have too much to update about this few months, including prep camp, christmas celebration, countdown to 2010, flash mob practice etc.
there are like hundreds of pictures sitting in my notebook waiting to be published.
but each of them a like 8mp, and takes years to load.

Prom Night 2009 @ Amara Hotel

21st November 2009

met the pageants and guohao for lunch at IMM before heading to Amara hotel at 2pm.
reached there slacked until 3pm before going into the function room to help the pageants rehearse their dance, style their hair and put makeup.

the prom started at 6.30,
and the food was great.
so much better than last year luh ! :D
didn't really eat much last year cause the pageants didnt have time.
and this year's room is much bigger than last year's!

the MC for the prom is Matthew, the same host from BAOC.
and the pageant's performance is from 7 plus till 10 plus.

anyway, the performances turned out great.
the solo and couple catwalks were almost perfect, and the choreo was nice! :D

did i mention, that there are 12 titles this year?
that means everyone is a winner :D

NRA Suntec Dance Competition Achievements Celebration & Samantha's birthday.

NRA held a celebration at Ourspace to congratulate the 6 nra teams that made it into the grand finals & the other 5 teams that made it to the semis.

supposed to help kathleen with logistics, so me and yee ler went to studio 16 take ice, cooler,etc.
after that we just waited till 6.30pm for everyone to arrive.

there's buffet, suntec dance groups choreo screening, freshies-senior bonding & photo taking.
